As data centers are in the rise and the internet usage increases, the people at Quantum Loophole are looking for sustainable ways to offset all the carbon consumption. For our second project in LARC341 - Regional Design Studio, we collaborated with the Environmental Science & Technology department to create a master plan for the Quantum Loop.
Transforming Land using Carbon Sequestration

LARC341 - Regional Design Studio
For this project, I collaborated with Joe Mallow and Tiara Rachman to propose three different trailhead designs for our client, Quantum Loophole. We coordinated with our studio cohort in connecting the trail system to all six sections of the site. This site was one of the larger sites of the six, and also has its challenges.
The site was the only site of the six to have an existing intervention, as the ENST students have created a Tiny Forest within our site. There was also a challenge of combining the historical aspect of the existing house and barn into the current trail system.
